These mobs are all required for various kill quests in Vale of Eternal Blossoms. You have to kill one of them for the final quest for the Golden Lotus faction each day. Only a few of the listed mobs are available on any given day, and they tend to correspond with the set of Golden Lotus dailies available that day. You do not have the be on the relevant kill quest to get credit for killing one of these mobs, so you can seek them out at your leisure.

Each of the mobs has their own unique abilities and mechanics. They are all elites with several times the HP of a normal mob. Some of them hit fairly hard or require unique ways to avoid abilities. They aren't too difficult, but be sure to pay attention.

Cracklefang: (46, 58) Located south of Whitepetal Lake on the northeast side of the mountain. He is surrounded by some gore and bones in a small den.	Vicejaw: (37, 48) On the western shore of Whitepetal Lake. He is surrounded by Saurok corpses.
General Temuja: (68, 55) He appears roughly between the two small ponds southeast of the Golden Pagoda. He is usually near the road fighting some NPCs.	Shadowmaster Sydow: (40, 48) Floating slightly above the center of Whitepetal Lake.
Aetha: (35, 89) At the pond on top of the mountains south of Mistfall Village.	Quid: (30, 79) At the base of the waterfall west of Mistfall Village.
Spirit of Lao-Fe: (47, 67) In a cave in the center of Tu Shen Burial Ground. The cave is on the northern cliff face.	Baolai the Immolator: (37, 81) Located immediately southeast of Mistfall Village. He is just south of the Mogu tomb (the Silent Sanctuary). He is surrounded by some burning pandaren corpses.
Gaohun the Soul-Severer: (39,75) Located southeast of Mistfall Village to the north of the entrance to The Silent Sanctuary.	Bloodtip: (27, 15) Inside Guo-Lai Halls. She is in the Guo-Lai Ritual Chamber which is to the right of the large room where you enter. She is on the left when you enter the Ritual Chamber.
Wulon: (27, 20) Inside Guo-Lai Halls. He is in the Ritual Chamber room to the right of the large room where you first enter. He is straight ahead through the door. He starts as an inanimate and untargettable Quilen, but as you approach he will become active and attack.	Gochao the Ironfist: (27, 20) Inside Guo-Lai Halls through the door to the right of the entrance. He is straight ahead inside the Guo-Lai Ritual Chamber.
Huo-Shuang: (26, 15) Inside Guo-Lai Halls in the Guo-Lai Ritual Chamber. He is to the left when you enter the room.	Bai-Jin the Butcher: (15, 25) West of Guo-Lai Halls near the base of the the wall.
Kri-chon: (6, 58) At the Gate of the Setting Sun in front of the VoEB side of the massive gate. He is in the same place that Raigonn is in the instanced version of the area.	Vyraxxis: (7, 33) Located on the wall north of the Gate of the Setting Sun. He is in about the same location the signal fire before Commander Ri'mok appears in the instanced version of the area.

Is this bugged for anyone?...I have killed 3 so far and only gotten credit for 1 of them.

**Edit--Confirming what others have posted--when I initiate the fight/tag the mob, I get credit for the achievement. If I join in on another person's kill I get quest credit but no credit towards achievement. So if you want achievement credit, make sure you tag it, or start a group and do it together with others nearby.

I've been checking everywhere for 3 weeks and am still missing Baolai and Huo-Shuang. Wish there was more info out there about them.

For those who use NPC_Scan here's an easy way to find them by adding them to the addon's search list. They are all also a target of a Golden Lotus daily that rewards Treasures of the Vale. On the grind to exalted you'll likely be sent to kill most, but not all of them.

This is pure RNG as to which bosses are up for any given day, but you can still get ahead on it a bit....

Different bosses spawn for different daily sets, and different players get differnt daily sets, so you can find bosses other than those for your dailies, and you can tag them and get the contribution to the achievement for them even when they aren't part of your current daily set.

I reckon there are something like 3 daily sets per day, and hence 3 bosses up per day.

There are 4-6 bosses up every day, at least one for each daily hub, regardless of there actually being dailies given there that day. Each hub can be in 2-3 different phases every day, which ends up having different potential bosses available. What phase each hub is in can be noticed by what dailies are given, what mobs are (or aren't) available in the hub area, or other changes. Here's a list of bosses available at each hub in different phases, built on comments here on wowhead and personal experience doing the dailies for a while. :)

Whitepetal Lake
Phase: Mogu assault (Mogus taken over the lake and the podium): Shadowmaster Sydow or General Temuja
All other phases: Cracklefang or Vicejaw

Mistfall Village
Phase: Mogu attack: Baolai the Immolator or Gaohun the Soul-Severer
All other phases: Aetha or Quid (or Spirit of Lao-Fe)
Note: Lao-Fe is always up, accompanying one of the other bosses of this hub. The exception is if this boss is the daily questboss of the hub, which results in Lao-Fe being the only one up.

Ruins of Guo-Lai
Phase: Mogu party: Gochao the Ironfist or Huo-Shuang
Phase: Spider infestation: Bloodtip or Wulon

Setting Sun Garrison
Phase: Protecting the gate: Kri'chon
Phase: Mantid on the walls: Vyraxxis
Phase: Scouting the mogu: Bai-Jin the Butcher - Note: This boss is always up, accompanying one of the other bosses of this hub. The exception is if it's this boss' specified phase, which results in this one being the only one up.

Hope this helps speed up the daily hunt for some. :)

As I was having Issues with Huo-Shuang and it seems others are too, I'll write what I know.

Huo-Shuang spawns in the ritual chamber of Guo-Lai halls, but unlike many of the other NPC's required for One Many Army, it seems that he does not appear/is not visible if you aren't currently on the quest The Imperion Threat. The ritual chamber will look empty and there will be nothing at Bloodtip's spawn point. (I am not sure if this is intended or not) If you have scouted the ritual chamber and seen it empty, chances are, Huo was up and not visible.

I have been told that it is possible to kill and see him if someone else has already engaged him in combat, however I cannot personally confirm this.

Be sure to keep an eye out for Shao-Tien Soul-Callers and Shao-Tien Dominators as they spawn with Huo as they will be a key indicator to show if he is up or not.

I don't know if it's horrible luck or not, but Gaohun the Soul-Severer has not spawned once on my server since I started going GL dailies. As far as I can tell, out of the last month and awhile, mogu have only attacked Mistfall village twice and both times it was Baolai waiting up above. I guess that attack phase is just much rarer than the others?

After a month or more of looking for the general, I saw him today.
He was outside the alliance shrine and his minions were already engaged with other NPCs that protect the path.

Since I was able to target him and not deal with his minions, it was very easy.
I went and looked for him a later and did not find him

BE PATIENT is my best advice.

I did see the General a total of three times in the afternoon and evening.

I have been looking for Baolai the Immolator for months....I have not seen him once :(

Can anyone confirm if you HAVE to do some of the Daily Quests or if they would be there whether you do the quests or not? It is so frustrating especially as it is the last one I need for the Achievement.

On a side not I did find Gaohun the Soul-Severer at the position described above and have seen him once since. However, that was months ago too.

I agree that the RNG for these buggers is appalling. I visit the location everyday and still no Baolai :(

Can anyone please for the love of Thrall confirm/deny whether or not you have to be ON the dailies in order to see Baolai?

I keep seeing questions like this posted and no one will confirm or deny, people theorize but it's always people who DON'T have the achievement, so it doesn't do anyone any good.

So basically in Guo-lai Halls, there's 1 of 4 NPCs will spawn everyday: Bloodtip, Huo-Shuang, Gochao the Ironfist and Wulon.

As other people said you can guess which NPC spawns everyday by looking at outside the hall, however don't make the same mistake as I did, it took me 2 months to finally kill Wulon, because when Wulon spawns, the spiders are outside the hall (as opposed to the mogus spawn -> Huo-shuang or Gochao inside), so I skipped it so many times.

In short, to be careful, just go in and check, it won't take a lot of time and you only need 1 day for it to spawn to complete this achievement.

Inspired by this comment, I flew around to check on the 5.4 PTR, it seems that all NPCs are up every day, albeit tagged as rare. Despite this, I found every one, often even with dead copies nearby, except Quid, who apparently moved to the front of Mogu'shan Palace.

Some NPCs have been shifted around in the Guo-Lai Halls to deal with the previously shared spawn points. You can find all NPCs in the east and north wings. Gaohun the Soul-Severer has moved into the halls as well.

Other mogu moved as well, some to avoid the Sha corruption, some apparently weren't allowed to raid Mistfall Village anymore.
General Temuja, as mentioned by the comment linked at the beginning of this post, patrols in an area south of the Ruins of Guo-Lai, northeast of the Setting Sun Garrison.
Shadowmaster Sydow hovers above the lake west of Mistfall Village, the previous spawn point of Quid.
Bai-Jin the Butcher has moved to the middle of the Five Sisters.
Baolai the Immolator can be found by the well in the Ruins of Guo-Lai.

Unlike the mogu, who moved away from the Sha corruption, Vicejaw and Cracklefang stayed and became Sha-Corrupted :(

FYI...the patch did not remove this achievement or the NPCs for it. Some of them have been moved and many seem to no longer be "phased" I did kill Gaohun the Soul-Severer and Gochao the Ironfist came off my list as well. I'm not sure if this means that he no longer spawns or if you only have to kill one of the two. I saw General Temuja walking around near Winterbough Glade. I'm just missing Huo-Shuang and Sydow. If anyone sees them let me know where please...

With the destruction of Whitepetal Lake, Shadowmaster Sydow have been moved to coord: (30,78)

I also contacted a game-master regarding the case of the elusive Gaohun the Soul-Severer. Here is his answer

Greetings *****,

Hey this is Game Master *****, I am here to chat about your Gaohun the Soul-Severer question.

The NPC is still in-game but has simply moved will be able to find him around the Guo-Lai Halls area.
But keep in mind it has a very long respawn timer, so you might not see it if someone has killed it not to long ago.

EDIT2:
Okay, I have found and killed Gaohun the Soul-Severer. I can confirm he spawns on 53:59 inside the first main room in Guo-Lai Halls. His respawn timer is around 20 mintutes.

Today decided to get my last kill for One Many Army, the one I was missing was Baolai the Immolator. And since patch 5.4 he spawns in Ruins of Guo-Lai in Vale of Eternal Blossoms (cords: 28.70 43.38), it is just next to a small pool of water on the spot where there is a circle on the ground. I started camping him at 13:27 and he spawned at 14:02, i killed him, i continued camping and I killed him again at 14:46 so the respawn timer seems to be around 40 minutes. Both times he only dropped some Aged Mogu'shan Cheese Good Luck!

Regarding Wulon, Spirit of Lao-Fe and the phasing around the Tu Shen Burial Grounds:

I was after this for a few days and thought it impossible, since Wulon and Ai-Ren both spawned but never Spirit. Since his cave had an 'event' going on I thought it was changed since 5.4 and we couldn't get him. Worse, if you fly to the border of Four Winds and Eternal Blossoms, you can actually see that he is spawned and alive, but in another Phase.

The phasing here is really annoying, however you'll notice that when you're in Four Winds and can see all three alive, but then fly back into Eternal Blossoms and see only, say, Wulon alive, that's because Wulon is alive in *both* phases separately.

Spirit, Ai-Ren and Wulon can all spawn in the phase you're in when you're there. Spirit seems to have the longest respawn but that's purely anecdotal on my part. So don't try to 'fly in from a different direction' to bypass the phasing, you'll go mad. Just come back another time and check again, eventually they'll all spawn.

Does Kri'chon rare still spawn? It's the red scorpion. I can't find it in its spawn location and the related quest does not exist anymore.

Being unable to find an answer on this achievement link (and specific NPC pages), I was able to complete this achievement tonight with minimal (<20 min) respawn times. Kills included: Aetha, General Temuja, Gaohun the Soul-Severer, Huo-Shuang, Baolai the Immolator, Quid, Shadowmaster Sydow, and Vicejaw. For fellow achievement hunters - spawn time seemed quick (unless I rolled one helluva crit on RNG). Baolai was even back up when I was circling for General Temuja.
